Don’t buy a refurbished item from this place because if you have any problem with it they expect you to ship it back to them and you have to waste your time trying to find a box and try to package it up so it gets back to there facility undamaged .. I don’t know how I can box up a 83” oled and return it to have it to get repaired. This tv took me about an hour to unbox it safely I can’t imagine how to box it up with all the protective material that I would have to find to accomplish this task...
